The Business and Commercial Group at Kassab Archbold & O’Brien, L.L.C. provides

Specifically, in the initial organizational stages, the Group works with its clients in the
planning of the business and counsels and assists in the decision-making process as to the
formation of the entity, including as a partnership, limited partnership, limited liability
corporate formation, the Group continues to provide representation and counsel in a vast
array of matters including financing and funding for business operations, acquisition of other
corporate entities and assets, sale of existing corporate business and assets, employee
relations, and succession and business continuity of family held businesses.

transactional matters and calls upon the other practice groups with the firm to continue to
